Celia Braids Policy At Celia Braids, I value your time as well as mine. Please review the following policy before booking: Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final balance on the day of service. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment time. Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If you cancel less than 72 hours before your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit can be transferred one time to your new appointment. Service Satisfaction & Adjustments If you experience any issues with your style, you must notify us within 48 hours (1–2 days) of your appointment. Adjustments will only be made within this timeframe. Adjustments apply to specific areas, not full redo services After 48 hours, we are not responsible for normal wear, maintenance, or changes due to hair growth or lifestyle. Short / Soft Hair Disclaimer Clients with shorter or softer hair textures understand that, due to the nature of their hair, some loosening may occur sooner than usual. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. No Refund Policy All services are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for any services rendered.
